Chattahoochee Official Battles fellow Commissioners in Court

A Chattahoochee County official is battling his fellow commissioners in court after refusing to comply with the County Commission's decision to force him to move a mobile home that is in violation of the county's zoning code.
Last October, after a public hearing, Commissioner Damon Hoyte's request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to have a mobile home on less than five acres was denied. However, the mobile home had already been placed on the property, located at 110 Stagecoach Drive, prior to the hearing.
