No 1 Ranked Schley Downs Marion 36-0

There have been many exciting games between Marion County and Schley County on the gridiron inside Eagle Stadium over the years. There have been close games and blowouts, but one thing had never happened before until last Friday, Oct. 27 when the Wildcats won 36-0.
"We had never beaten Marion County on that field before," noted SCHS Head Coach Darren Alford. "We knew they would be ready to play and we didn't play as well as we should have, but we got the win."
It was a sweet win for the No. 1 ranked Wildcats, as they also clinched the Region 6 Championship (their second in a row) with the victory and improved to 9-0.
