Chattahoochee County High School will have a new head football coach for the fifth time in six years when this fall's season rolls around.
Head Coach Josh Jacobson tendered his resignation last week after one season at the helm. The Panthers struggled through a 1-9 season, recording their only win in the last game of the season against Central-Talbotton.
While they've had a number of different coaches, the Panthers had made the state playoffs six years in a row prior to the 2023 season, posting records of 5-6, 8-3, 8-2, 7-5, 8-5, and 7-4.
