Postal Service Problems Have Big Local Impact

 Shortly after use of the internet became commonplace, people began to use email more and more for communication, with traditional mail through the Postal Service being assigned the nickname of "snail mail." Recent developments with the US Postal Service have made that moniker more appropriate.
 The Postal Service recently restructured how most mail moves through the system by implementing the Delivering for America (DFA) plan. It saw the opening of around 60 new Regional Distribution & Processing Centers across the country. They are to be "regional hubs" that sort mail for larger areas than under the previous system.
