Area Schools Share Safety Plans and Procedures

After the recent shoot shooting in Winder, The Journal asked local school systems to share information on their security efforts so we could pass it along to our readers. This request was made prior to the recent concerns in Marion County (see separate story), but that also served as a sign that the community would surely want such a review from their schools. Below are the responses we received.
Chattahoochee County
The Chattahoochee County School System is hosting an Open Forum Safety Townhall on Tuesday, Sept 10 at 6 pm (prior to the monthly Board of Education meeting). It will also be live-streamed.
