The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County discussed damaged driveway warnings with concerned citizens, grass cutting regulations and schedules, potential vehicle purchases, and other items during its recent monthly meeting.
The county attorney also briefly mentioned two lawsuits filed against the county government - one previously reported that is an appeal on a Magistrate Court decision, as well as a newer one that seeks $5 million in damages. He indicated that he could speak to them about those during their closed executive session and no other details were mentioned. The Journal hopes to have more information to report in the near future.
