The most unique spot in Marion County will be rocking in the near future. The Pasaquan Preservation Society recently received a $5,000 Vibrant Communities Grant from the Georgia Council for the Arts. The funds will be used to produce Keepin' the Song: A Rock Concert for Pasaquan.
"We do not have a definitive date for the show yet, but it will be in spring 2025 on site at Pasaquan, where (caretaker) Charles Fowler is still leading a wonderful group of folks in the restoration," said Annie Moye, PPS Board member.
Fitting for the legacy of "St. EOM", the show will feature some very unique bands.
