Marion County Rec Ball Opening Day

The Marion County Recreation Department celebrated the start of the 2025 Youth Ball Season with a special Opening Day event on Saturday, March 15.
The day got into swing with a special Opening Ceremony at 9 am. All of the teams, players, and coaches were introduced and trotted out onto the field. Brown Springs Church of God Pastor Jeff Johnson offered the opening prayer and served as moderator.
The National Anthem was sung by local resident Jackie Robinson.
