The Case of the Missing Lion

For more than a decade, two lions have stood watch over a Cusseta driveway on Georgia Highway 137. Now, one of them has been stolen.
The pair of "kings of the jungle" are huge, weighing approximately 250 to 300 pounds each, so Beverly Riley was stunned when she turned into the driveway recently and noticed one of them was gone.
She had left home on Thursday, March 27 around 9:20 am and returned around 3:12 pm, so that is the likely window for the time of the crime. The theft must have been done by at least two people, considering the weight of the lion.
