In addition to having a new superintendent next school year (search is underway), the Chattahoochee County School System will have a new principal for the high school.
The Board of Education recently approved the promotion of Seth Gorman to the position of CCHS principal.
Gorman is a longtime educator and coach who has served Chattahoochee County High School for the last six years. He began his "Chattco" tenure as a special education teacher and head baseball/softball coach. After three years, he was given the opportunity to serve as athletic director. The following year, he transitioned into the role of assistant principal over discipline, facilities, and safety, while continuing to serve as AD.
