  Marion County native and The Journalsubscriber Donnie Powell recently shared some "Blast from the Past" information with us, which is below.
 Kenneth Davis (Donnie's first cousin) was a key player on the Marion County High School 1962 basketball team that won the Class "C" State Championship in Macon.
 In addition to being one of those talented basketball players, Kenneth was an excellent baseball player and played for the high school team.
 While playing Pony League (14 years old and younger), he pitched a legendary game in which he recorded every single out by striking out the batter. It was a nine-inning game and he struck...
