Chatt Co Officials Discuss Water Leaks, Road Damage, More

 The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County thanked county employees for their work on recent issues with water lines, agreed to do some repair work on a resident's road damaged by a county vehicles, and discussed a variety of other issues during its recent meeting.
 The county recently had a spurt of water line issues, with a main one being caused by a construction crew preparing for the roundabout to be added at the intersection of Highway 280/530 and Highway 27/Wells Street. County Manager Thomas Weaver said that even though it was marked, a main water line was busted.
 County officials seemed pleased with the way the leaks and water outages were handled and thanked the workers who had to deal with them during the recent freezing temper...
