Chattco Advances in State Playoffs

The Chattahoochee County High varsity boys basketball team has been playing at an elite level all season. Not it's official. The Panthers punched their ticket to the Elite Eight (quarterfinal) round of the Class A Division 2 State Playoffs by dominating their first and second round opponents.
Now, they face their biggest challenge thus far. No. 1 ranked Chattco (27-1) will travel to Bowdon to face the No. 2 ranked Bowdon Red Devils (25-4) this Wednesday, March 4 with tip-off set for 6 pm. Both teams are champions of their respective regions, so a coin toss was held to determine the home team.
Coach Sean Glenn said he expects a tough battle but he has confidence in his Panthers.
