Schley 8U Baseball Team Wins State, Heads to World Series

The Schley County 8U (8 & Under) All-Star Baseball Team recently won the 8U Dixie Youth State Championship. They will now represent Team Georgia in the upcoming Dixie Youth World Series in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The tournament starts on Friday, July 28.
Prior to the State Championship Tournament, the team went undefeated in the District Tournament that secured their spot in the state championship.
