The Chattahoochee County High School football program has entered a new era with a new head coach - Josh Jacobson - who has a wealth of experience with winning teams. While this is the first head coaching position for Jacobson, he has helped coach teams that won nine regional titles and made the state playoffs 15 times in his 19-year career.
Most recently, he was the offensive coordinator at Suwannee High in Live Oak, Florida. He has been the offensive coordinator for six teams since 2006, including the 2017 state runner-up Baker County squad.
Jacobson said he was fortunate to have some really good coaches and teachers and they inspired him to go into education and coaching.
