Marion, Schley, and Chattco teams Advance to State XC Championship

Area schools had some nice results at the Region 6 Cross Country Championship race on October 25 in Americus, as five individuals earned medals and six teams advanced to the State Championship Race, which will be held in Carrollton on Friday, November 3.

Furlow Charter had the top three individual finishers and raced to the championship with a score of 22.
Marion County finished as the Region Runner-Up with a team score of 46. Their second place finish qualifies them for the State Race.
