The annual Turkey Shoot fundraiser of the Chattahoochee County Historic Preservation Society was held November 18.
Barry and Susan Tompkins provided the location for the event, and Pat Felix of Felix Custom Guns in Cusseta operated the shooting competition.
Competitors were eager for a chance to win a turkey for Thanksgiving dinner, so the sign-up tent was a popular area. Another popular place was the food tent, featuring hot dogs, chili dogs, drinks and desserts.
