Schley School Superintendent Brian Hall gave an update to Schley Family Connection during the collaborative's January meeting. He said that the Schley County School Cystem has an enrollment of 1,235 students from Pre-K through high school.
In 2023, 93 students graduated and it was a 96.88% graduation rate. The Elementary School was named as a Title 1 Distinguished School in October for being in the top 5% of schools based on English/Language Arts and Math achievement.
For the third year in a row and the fourth time in five years the players and coaches have won the Directors Cup for our region. This award is for overall achievement of the athletic programs based on making and advancing in state playoffs.
