Chatt Commission hears pitch for fleet management

The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County heard a proposal from a private company to manage all of the county's vehicles, got an update on a damaged road, and heard from a confused/concerned taxpayer during its regular monthly meeting last week.
Ray Simpson, a senior account manager for Enterprise Fleet Management, pitched a proposal to local officials. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is one of the largest vehicle rental companies in the nation, but they also have a "fleet management" division that helps local governments manage, maintain, and upgrade their vehicles.
