Chatt Officials Approve Garden and Pass Budget

 The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County gave the go-ahead for a public library project and wrapped up its budget plans during its June 24 meeting.
 The Commission convened for its Public Hearing II meeting, with Chairman Charles Coffey calling to order the session amidst an audience of county officials and residents. All commissioners were present except Jason Frost.
 The meeting opened with speaker Pamela Burgamy, the local branch manager for the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries system, requesting permission from the board to move forward with a project to construct a public garden in a lot next to the Cusseta-Chattahoochee County Public Library.
