Dews Comes Home to Lead MCHS Baseball

The Marion County School District delivered a changeup recently as it hired Trent Dews as the high school baseball program's new head coach.
The system welcomes the coach and his family back "home" to the Marion County area.
Dews, a 2014 honor graduate of Marion County High School, is excited to return to his alma mater as a coach and special education teacher to work closely with the county in an athletic and academic capacity.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to lead the Marion County Baseball program," he said. "I chose to come back home for the family atmosphere and a united and strong sense of community."
