Latavia's Closet helps kids in Cusseta get ready for school

Latavia's Closet in Cusseta has as its primary mission helping families in need with clothing, but the nonprofit organization also helps area residents in a variety of other ways. Last Saturday's Annual Back to School Bash was a great example, as they and their partners welcomes a huge crowd to the Roscoe Robison Recreation Center.
"Latavia's Closet has been doing the Back to School Bash for three years now," noted Board Member Monezl Spivey. "I know that clothes is the biggest thing that we do for the community but we also know with the economy that we can help with school supplies to help ease the burden for the parents.
