Ellaville Downtown Development Authority Hits Ground Running

The City of Ellaville now has a Downtown Development Authority that is very active.
Ellaville City Manager Lynne McChargue asked the City Council to activate a Downtown Development Authority which is now an arm of the City government. The members of the board of directors were appointed by the Mayor and the City Council and are tasked to perform economic development for downtown and enhance community activities.
