One Marion County teenager is hospitalized and another has been arrested after a shooting last Friday, November 8.
Authorities were on the hunt for Jamal Rashon Sanford, 17, of Marion County until he turned himself in at the Marion County Jail Monday morning, November 11.
While he was at-large, the Buena Vista Police Department described him as "armed and dangerous".
Sanford, a 5' 2" black male who weighs approximately 100 pounds, was arrested for allegedly shooting a local 15-year-old. He faces charges of felony aggravated assault, felony possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and discharging a firearm on or near a public highway.
