The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County noted the results of an employee survey, progress with roadwork, recreation happenings, and discussed plans for formally form a Board of Elections during their recent work session.
County Manager Thomas Weaver informed commissioners of the results of an employee satisfaction survey. He noted that the survey was blind (employees didn't have to list their names). He said the responses were mostly positive and that morale seems to be improved from a year ago. Weaver said the received "good numbers" overall, but, as expected, more pay was the chief concern expressed.
