Dear Editor,
Recent comments about my legal matters continue to leave out essential facts that the people of Chattahoochee County deserve to know.
First, the Georgia Court of Appeals did NOT dismiss my cases.
One case was reversed, and the other was vacated and remanded back to the lower court. These decisions make it clear that the previous rulings were made using the wrong legal standards. The appellate court has now outlined a new path forward - and I intend to pursue every option available to ensure the law is correctly applied.
Second, this lawsuit did not originate with me.
