Theiss is Schley Champion for Education

Schley County's 2025 Champion of Education is Gabe Theiss.
There are outstanding individuals in each community who go above and beyond the norm to assist and promote local schools and other educational agencies. The Chattahoochee-Flint RESA Champions for Education program was created to identify and recognize these individuals throughout the region. One Champion from each school district, university, college, and the regional library can be selected. Since all of the honorees are Champions, there is no overall winner.
The award winners were recognized and presented a Champions Trophy at the December 9 RESA Luncheon.
Schley County Superintendent Brian Hall said there are many reasons Gabe Theiss can be described as a "champion" for the school system.
