The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County heard a request that was described as potentially a matter of life-and-death during its recent monthly meeting.
Chattahoochee County Sheriff Hank Lynch told county commissioners that the Sheriff's Office needs an upgraded communications system and proposed one at a cost of around $58,000.
