 Back "in the day" kids had plenty of freedom to roam, explore, and socialize, but their parents made sure they knew that they'd better be home before the streetlights turned on.
 That's not so much the case anymore. So, Buena Vista Interim Chief of Police Sharon Williams is reminding kids, teens, and their parents that the City of Buena Vista has a curfew, and even though its much more generous than the streetlights, it's been ignored a bit lately.
