Chatt Commissioner has Status for Reelection Challenged

A Chattahoochee County Commissioner who has been battling his fellow commissioners, and other residents, has had his qualifications to seek reelection challenged.
A public hearing on the matter is scheduled for Thursday, April 2 at 6 pm in the County Commission Conference Room.
The letter from the resident to the Chattahoochee County Election Superintendent that spurred the public hearing is below.
"I, Steven Wagner, a registered voter in Chattahoochee County, Georgia, hereby challenge the qualifications of Damon Hoyte to run for the office of County Commissioner.
"This challenge is pursuant to OCGA 21-2-5.
