No 10 Ranked Schley Downs Chattco

The No. 10 ranked Schley County High School Wildcats put on a dominant display last Friday night on the road, defeating the Chattahoochee County High School "Chattco" Panthers 55-14 in a Region 6 clash.
With the victory, the Wildcats secured their sixth consecutive win, improving to 7-1 overall and a spotless 4-0 in Region 6. Meanwhile, Chattco fell to 3-4 overall and 0-3 in region play.
SCHS Head Coach Darren Alford remained grounded. "We didn't play our best game but we played well enough to win," Alford said. "We ran the ball well and we stopped the run pretty well. If you can do both those things, good things usually happen. They beat us on a couple of trick plays but otherwise our defense played pretty well."
